Organic Growth Marketer

The Role

You'll drive organic growth across TikTok and Instagram. You'll be creating and shipping content daily, running experiments, and figuring out what makes videos blow up for our audience. We already have generated over 100m+ organic social views, and we are looking for another marketing engine who thinks on their feet. You'll be reporting directly to the CEO, and will work closely with our head of marketing, an ex-YC founder himself.

You will:

• •Create 10+ short-form videos per week
• •Develop and test content formats, hooks, and trends
• •Analyze what's working and double down relentlessly
• •Collaborate directly with founders on growth strategy

You've done this before if:

• •You've personally made videos that hit 100K+ views (show us)
• •You understand TikTok's algorithm intuitively—you don't need to read articles about it
• •You can go from idea → filmed → edited → posted in hours, not days
• •You're chronically online in a good way
• •You're excited about health, wellness, or weight loss as a category
